Our Ceylon turmeric naturally contains a high curcumin content of 4–6%, requiring about 50% less compared to other turmeric varieties. Grown in 100% eco-friendly forest gardens without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, it supports smallholder farming communities. The rich curcumin content gives it a deeper reddish-yellow hue—earning it the name Red Turmeric—and may cause more yellow staining due to its natural pigments.
Instructions: Soak for 30 minutes and use fresh turmeric roots.
