LAKSOIL Brand is not owned by Laksoil Traders or Lakshop
The Laksoil brand was founded by Laksoil Traders in November 2006 to promote authentic Ceylon products, including tea, cinnamon, and spices. On October 8, 2020, the Laksoil logo was officially registered as a trademark in Canada. Later, on March 30, 2021, Laksoil Traders transferred ownership of the trademark to Ceylon Tea and Spice Ltd., owned by Mr. Steve McDonald. Laksoil Traders and Ceylon Tea and Spice Ltd. entered into a 10-year agreement authorizing Laksoil Traders as the official dealer for the Calgary region only. I continue to collaborate with Mr. McDonald’s ventures, including Ceylon Tea and Spice Ltd. and related Laksoil products. Please note that Lakshop does not own the Laksoil trademark or brand.
